BOATHOUSES AT BEAU RIVAGE - ESTATE D’AFRIQUE, HARTEBEESPOORTDAM

Nestled on the banks of the Crocodile River at the mouth of the Hartebeespoort dam, this Resort Development offers beautiful views and direct access to the dam. The location of the site makes outdoor activities an everyday part of life and thus a series of amenities were planned for, like a club house as well as boathouses and guest parking.

The development consists of a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom Villas in a linear configuration. All units will be fully equipped and integrated smart-homes. A state of the art solar system will allow all units to be completely off-grid. The development had to comply with the larger Estate d’Afrique’s French Provincial building style, but a more modern, dialled-back approach was taken.
